Online Therapy Anywhere in Florida
Therapy for women and couples delivered by HIPAA-compliant video to anyone physically located in Florida — from Naples and Fort Myers to Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and Miami. Same clinician, same fee, no drive.
The short answer
Naples Therapists offers secure video sessions to anyone physically located in the state of Florida. Florida licensure governs where the client is sitting, not where the therapist is, so you can be seen from any Florida address.
Sessions are $125, the same as in person, and start with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. The practice is self-pay; superbills are available on request for out-of-network reimbursement. Book online or call (239) 526-8526.
How online sessions actually work
You book a free 15-minute Discovery Call first — by phone or video, whichever you prefer. If it feels like a fit, you complete intake paperwork electronically and get a session link. Sessions run through a HIPAA-compliant video platform in your browser; there is nothing to install and no account to create for the person on the other end.
What you need is unremarkable: a device with a camera, a reasonably stable connection, headphones if other people are home, and a door you can close for the hour. Clients take sessions from home offices, parked cars, and spare bedrooms. All of it works.
Where online therapy works well — and where it doesn't
Being honest about the limits is part of the answer. Video is well suited to anxiety work, self-esteem, relationship patterns, attachment, life transitions, grief, boundaries, burnout, and most couples work. Many clients find the reduced friction means they actually keep appointments they would otherwise have rescheduled twice and then dropped.
Some formats need the room. Walk & Talk Beach Therapy is by definition in person on the Naples shoreline. The Keewaydin Island couples retreat and the Soul & Sand marriage retreat are residential and location-based. RTT can be delivered by video and often is, though some clients prefer the first session in the office.
Telehealth is also not the right container for acute crisis, active safety risk, severe psychiatric instability, or situations involving coercive control. If any of those apply, a higher level of local care comes first. In an emergency, call or text 988 or dial 911.
Approaches available by video
Rapid Transformational Therapy
Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and psychotherapy combined to find and reframe the root of a pattern — often in one to three sessions.
Solution Focused Therapy
Forward-looking and goal-oriented. Builds on what already works in your life instead of re-excavating everything that didn't.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Depth work on the unconscious patterns, early experiences and inner conflicts still shaping how you show up today.
Anxiety Therapy
Practical tools to quiet worry cycles, interrupt rumination and get your nervous system back out of high alert.
Walk & Talk Beach Therapy
Sessions held walking the Naples shoreline — side by side rather than across a room, which many clients find easier.
Couples retreats
Private intensives for one couple at a time: a half day on Keewaydin Island, or three guided days through Soul & Sand.
Fees for online sessions
Video sessions are priced identically to in-person ones — there is no telehealth discount and no telehealth surcharge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use online therapy with Naples Therapists?
Anyone physically located in the state of Florida at the time of the session. Florida law ties licensure to the client’s location, so residents and visitors alike can be seen while they are in the state. Sessions cannot be provided while you are outside Florida.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
For most of the concerns this practice treats — anxiety, self-esteem, relationship patterns, attachment, life transitions and couples communication — video sessions are a clinically appropriate format and many clients attend more consistently because the logistics are easier. Formats that depend on physical presence, such as Walk & Talk Beach Therapy and the couples retreats, are the exception.
Is the video platform private?
Yes. Sessions run on a HIPAA-compliant platform rather than a consumer video app. The bigger privacy variable is usually your own space, so it is worth arranging a room where you will not be overheard before the session starts.
How much does an online session cost?
Standard individual sessions are $125, the same fee as in person. RTT packages start at $750. The first 15-minute Discovery Call is free.
Can couples do therapy over video from two different locations?
It is possible and sometimes necessary — a travelling spouse, a deployment, a temporary separation. Both partners still need to be physically in Florida. Where the couple can be in the same room, that is usually the stronger format, and it is something to raise on the Discovery Call.
